He was born to make people happy. The always energetic and positive caterer. Ed Hoogendijk is Chef, entrepreneur, TV chef, organizer, husband and above all a father. “I always try to be very helpful to others.”


Horeca goes further than running your own business, says entrepreneur Ed Hoogendijk, who is always looking for great collaborations. He started a restaurant in Delft in 1995 with his wife Miranda, a Bistro and in 2006 they opened two more restaurants. He developed and committed himself to various projects such as Eating Out with Ina, a social project for single people, Discover Culinair Nederland and organized many events such as; Delft Serveert, At the table at Lambert and Villa Arsenaal. Everything ran like clockwork, says Hoogendijk proudly. From 2015 Ed was seen weekly on RTL4 in the TV program Nederland Proeft. In 2016 he was named Most Outstanding Horeca Entrepreneur of South Holland North by KHN. 

In 2018, Ed went on an adventure with his family by moving to Ibiza. He soon lost his heart to the island. Especially the pure, local and fresh products caught Ed's attention. It didn't take long before he continued his passion and now works as a chef on the island.
